Where to find us
Three offices across the Central Coast and South Bay
Advanced wound care is available at all three, because the equipment travels with us. Choose whichever is easiest to reach — or ask about a visit at home. Our Hollister clinic opens in January 2027.

All three offices share one phone line and one calendar: call (831) 281-3328 whichever location you have in mind, and we will book you at the one you want. Advanced wound care is available at every office because the equipment travels with us; the Solo Step overhead track is fixed to the ceiling in Hollister, so harness-supported balance training happens there.

Physician-level options at every location
An independent physician practice led by Dr. Felix Huerta sees patients at all three offices. When a wound needs medical assessment, diagnostics, or a regenerative option such as platelet-rich plasma for advanced diabetes-related wounds that have not responded to conventional rehabilitation and ultrasound therapy, that expertise is in the same building rather than across the county.
The two practices are separate legal entities with separate clinicians, separate records, and separate billing. You are never required to see both, and you remain free to choose any physician you wish. What the shared space buys you is coordination and speed.
Choosing a location
- Nearest office is usually the right answer — wound care runs weekly, and travel fatigue is real
- Wound care travels — our ultrasound equipment comes to whichever office you choose
- Balance and neurologic work is at Hollister, where the Solo Step overhead track is installed
- You can start at one location and continue at another if your schedule changes
- If travel is the barrier, ask about in-home visits
Coming to see us
Before your first visit
- Arrive about fifteen minutes early, or bring your completed intake packet and skip the wait
- Bring photo ID, your insurance cards, and your current medication list
- Bring your physician’s order if you have one, plus any recent wound notes or vascular studies
- Bring the dressings, compression garments, and offloading devices you currently use
- Wear or bring clothing that lets us reach the area we’re treating
Start with a conversation, not a form
Tell us about the wound or the fall, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit — and what your physician needs to send if we are.
